About Me

I'm a girl who grew up in rural Michigan on Dunn Road surrounded by family. My cousins and I grew up running threw ditches, catching frogs and gathering wild flowers.  

I am now a wife and homeschooling mom of 3 boys who enjoy tromping threw ditches and catching frogs.  I like to look pretty but still keep up with my boys and I do this with a closet full of fun skirts, canvas shoes and t-shirts.

My textile journey has been a journey of healing my body and mind. My therapy turned into pure joy!  It has truly healed me.  I have "met" so many great people during this healing and the photos you send me of you twirling in your beautiful skirts are EVERYTHING :)  Thank you!
